Noise Pollution Problem
I am pleased to tell you that the sound insulation work your company carried out on our new build mid terrace house has been 100% successful. It was most annoying to hear noise penetrating from next door although they were not really noisy neighbours. As we all discovered during your remedial work, the cause was poor workmanship by a contractor working for a nationwide prestige builder. Neither the builder nor the NHBC took the problem seriously; indeed they were quite dismissive so we were very fortunate that we resorted to your company to solve the problem for us.
It has been a pleasure to deal with you and the two chaps who carried out the work. They worked very hard and were always polite and cheerful. The standard of their work was of the highest order and when they had finished the house looked as if nothing had happened. We know a lot happened and most importantly the noise problem has gone! I cannot tell you relieved we are that finally there is no more noise.
